WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COMMERCIAL INSPECTION AND A HOME INSPECTION?

 

Many commercial buildings are constructed similarly to residential buildings and many have been converted to light commercial structures. These buildings require an inspection which may or may not be the same as a Residential Home Inspection.
